"Empowering children and young people to understand themselves and their place in society today paves the way for a brighter, more compassionate future."
Our services for children and young people can be tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
School of You can offer small creative therapy group sessions or larger whole class activities. Each session is designed to boost self-esteem, resilience and social & emotional intelligence.
Our mission is to equip children, young people & their families with the coping skills necessary to navigate the challenges of growing up in the 21st century.
Schools
School of You can offer one-off half-day or whole-day class workshops designed to enhance the PSHE curriculum. We work closely with the class teacher to target a particular requirement for those children such as resilience building, friendships or navigating smartphones for example.
We also offer blocks of shorter small group intervention sessions whereby we work with school & parents to help support particular children with their emotional development.
Our sessions incorporate relaxation & meditation with creative therapeutic activities facilitated in an age-appropriate fun way, designed to promote self-exploration & reflection.

Colleges we Currently work with
-
Extra-Curricular | 6-Week Term-Time Programme
School of You deliver structured, extra-curricular creative wellbeing programmes within colleges, designed to complement academic learning and support students’ emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing during key stages of development.
Our provision typically runs as a 6-week, term-time programme, delivered on a weekly basis outside of timetabled lessons. Sessions are accessible, inclusive, and voluntary, allowing students to engage without pressure or assessment.
-
Each 6-week block is themed specifically for the student cohort, aligning with common challenges experienced in further and higher education settings, such as:
Emotional regulation and stress management
Confidence, self-esteem, and identity
Transition, change, and uncertainty
Building resilience and coping strategies
Social connection and belonging
Healthy self-expression and reflection
Themes are adapted to reflect college priorities, student needs, and emerging wellbeing trends, ensuring relevance and engagement.
Creative Wellbeing Approach
Sessions are facilitated using creative and experiential activities, including:
Art-based expression (painting, collage, creative journaling)
Gentle movement and grounding practices
Guided reflection and discussion
Psychoeducation around emotions, stress, and self-care
Group activities that encourage connection and peer support
-
Creativity is used as a tool for exploration rather than performance, making sessions accessible to students of all abilities and backgrounds.
Early Intervention & Preventative Support
A core strength of School of You’s college delivery is its early-intervention focus. The programme is designed to:
Support students before difficulties escalate
Increase emotional literacy and self-awareness
Normalise conversations around wellbeing
Reduce barriers to seeking support
Promote healthy coping strategies within a group setting
By offering wellbeing support in a non-clinical, creative environment, students are able to engage safely and proactively, often including those who may not access traditional support services.
-
School of You sessions are not therapy. Facilitators create a supportive space for expression and reflection while maintaining clear boundaries. Participation is always invitational, and whilst students are invited to reflect on lived experiences, this is only done so voluntarily.
Where appropriate, facilitators can signpost to college support services, working alongside existing pastoral, wellbeing, and safeguarding structures.
-
Colleges report that students who engage in School of You sessions often demonstrate:
Improved emotional awareness and regulation
Increased confidence and self-expression
Stronger peer connection and sense of belonging
Greater engagement with wellbeing conversations
Enhanced readiness to manage academic and personal pressures
Summer Life Skills Club
We have offered an alternative summer holiday club for parents to send their children to for the last two years.
Summer Life Skills days allow children the freedom to be creative, to explore in nature, to make friends and support each other and to help prepare their own lunch each day.
We also include circle times where we practise calming the nervous system with breathing, relaxation exercises & games - all facilitated in an age-appropriate way.
